​​m.hotel (formerly Midtown Motor Inn) was Sale's first motel, built in circa 1960. Over its decorated life, it has hosted many of Sale's movers and shakers visiting this busy regional hub. The property itself evolved over the past 60+ years with new buildings, extensions, technical upgrades and various decor makeovers.

Brothers Tom and Richard took over the reins at the tail end of COVID and breathed some much needed new life into the property. The boys spared no expense, giving it a multi million dollar, full upgrade and converting most rooms into self-contained, fully serviced apartments

Tom and Richard both grew up in Sale, and returned in later years to start their careers in hospitality, tasking over an old 1960's motel...

When the boys took over m. hotel, it had deteriorated into a 2 star offering due to economic conditions at the time, and they and their team worked tirelessly to transform the old Midtown into its current shape and form - aptly rebranding her as m. hotel

The property now proudly employees 25+ friendly and genuinely hospitable staff that treat each guest like they're their friends. Life is good when you enjoy where you work.
